The TR40 adventure saddlebags are designed in Barcelona and offer a capacity of 32 litres with a maximum load of 10 kg per bag. The TR40 features a ¡°Double Locking System¡± (patent pending), which secures the bag to the 4P System or 3P System fitting while also preventing access to the inside of the bag. It is made from a highly abrasion-resistant material that complies with REACH and OEKO-TEX Standard 100 and withstands up to 1,500 hours of UV exposure. The bag is reinforced with strong stitches and a durable base. The combination of roll closures on both the outer and inner bags ensures complete waterproof protection. The TR40 uses SHAD¡¯s latest premium keys and lock cylinder, incorporating a system that reduces theft risk and includes a dust cover to prevent debris from entering. Designed for off-road and adventure riding, the TR40 is lightweight and integrates seamlessly with SHAD¡¯s 4P System and 3P System fittings. It also enhances functionality with eight reinforced tie-down spots per bag, allowing for the attachment of extra accessories. Each TR40 saddlebag includes a bottle harness and an exterior waterproof pouch, which can be installed on any MOLLE system. The set also features six DURAFLEX cambuckles to adjust the bag size according to the load, improving riding stability. Additionally, all strap ends have closures to prevent flapping and loose ends. For added safety and convenience, the TR40 includes reflective details for increased visibility and padded carrying handles for comfortable transport.
