It has reinforced stitches and base.  The combination of the roll closure of the outer and inner bags ensures waterproofness. The keys and lock cylinder of the TR40 are the latest premium version from SHAD, with a system that reduces the chance of theft. And a cover that stops dust from entering. In addition to ensuring a sportive off-road riding, thanks to its low weight and its perfectly integration with SHAD 4P System & 3P System fitting, the TR40 saddlebags offer a plus of functionality with its 8 reinforced tiedown spots (per bag) which allow to attach extra accessories. The SH23 side cases stand out for their elegance, lightness and functionality. They have great aerodynamics and keep their resistance and water tightness. The whole capacity (23 litres) is usable, and the opening on top allows the biker to reach the load without getting off the bike. It includes an extra cylinder lock as standard, in case you want to use one key to open all three cases (side and top cases). As all the SHAD motorcycle top cases, it can be open and closed with only one hand, without the need to use the key to open it. We will only use the key when we want to lock it to the motorcycle. The case is mounted on the motorcycle with our new system “3P SYSTEM”, unique in the market. Patented by SHAD and standing out for its integrated and light design, it has been developed considering not only the look, but also giving a lot of importance to security. Integrated design: The mounting is a lot more integrated in the motorcycle. The typical rectangular frame disappears and is reduced to only one arm in the shape of a horizontal ''L'' that supports the three mounting points (3P) of the case, thus hiding the mounting points when the cases are extracted. Position: Both the volume of the case and the inclination of the 3P System mounting have been designed to move the whole weight as much as possible towards the motorcycle's gravity centre. This gives more security and stability when riding with load. Anchoring flexibility: The 3-point anchorage gives both security and flexibility. That is reflected in a slight oscillation of the case. TERRA TR55 Black Edition top case has capacity for two flip-up helmets and stands out since it is the lightest aluminium case on the market at 5.4 kg. Designed and made 100% in Barcelona. Its innovative design minimises visual impact on the motorcycle. The TERRA BLACK EDITION version is finished with scratch-resistant matt black paint. The TERRA TR55 top case has been awarded with the ABC Awards, thanks to its design focused on solving key aspects for the use on adventure motorcycles. It has an aerodynamic, integrated structure made from a hardened aluminium alloy, a stronger and lighter type of aluminium which allows a reduced cross section of 1.2mm to obtain minimum weight with maximum resistance. As with all TERRA aluminium cases, the ‘TERRA Lock System’ (patent pending) is included. With an AISI 304 industrial grade stainless steel structure which includes the lock system and a retractable carrying handle. This structure was designed for quick, one-hand usage and allows the user to open, close, remove, and transport the case within seconds. AISI 304 stainless steel hinges are also available. The case’s rubber sealed frame protects the interior from unfavourable weather conditions (water resistance). In addition, the inner foam base reduces movement of the load inside. The keys and lock cylinder of the TR55 are the premium version from SHAD, with a system that reduces the chance of theft, as well as a cover that stops dust from entering. There is the option to add additional load thanks to its external AISI 304 stainless steel hooks. The installation of a SHAD Top Master and a mounting plate (not included) are required. There are three mounting plate options: SHAD standard plate (D1B591PA), aluminium mounting plate (D1BTRPA), or the black aluminium mounting plate (D1BTRPA2).
